What we collect, and what we throw away.

Short on purpose. This site collects almost nothing, so the honest version of this page is almost nothing.

What this site collects

Only what you type into a form. The contact form takes your name, work email, role and organization type, plus company and message if you fill them in. The CRO partnership form additionally takes the CRO name and annual study volume. Nothing else about you is collected.

No cookies, no analytics, no tracking

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, tag manager, session recorder, or advertising pixel. Reading these pages leaves no record tied to you. If that ever changes, it will be stated here first.

Where a submission goes

Two places, both only to get your message to a human. It is emailed to us through Resend, our email provider. It is also written to Cloudflare Workers KV before that email is attempted, so an outage at the email provider cannot lose your inquiry without either of us knowing. It is not sold, shared, or used for advertising, and it goes to no other third party.

How long we keep it

Successfully delivered submissions are deleted from that store after 14 days — by then the message is in our inbox and the copy is redundant. A submission whose email failed to send is kept up to 90 days, because it may be the only record that you contacted us and we need time to notice and follow up. Both are enforced automatically, not by anyone remembering to run a cleanup.

What we deliberately don't store

Your IP address is never written to storage. It is read in memory only, to limit how many times one address can submit per minute, and is discarded. Stored records are keyed by a random identifier, not by your email address.

Deletion and access

Email [email protected] and we will delete your submission and confirm, or tell you what we hold. No form to fill in, no account required.

No personal data from studies

This marketing site never receives patient data, and every figure and document shown on it is synthetic. How the Rigora product itself handles clinical data is a separate question, answered on our trust page.

Last reviewed: 4 August 2026. Rigora Clinical is the controller for the data described above; Resend and Cloudflare are our processors.
